Business Record: Hubbell buys senior housing land in Adel

Hubbell Realty Co. has purchased 3.7 acres in Adel where it plans to construct a senior living community.

Hubbell, doing business as Edencrest at Adel LLC, paid $744,003 for parcels located at 611 and 621 302nd Place in Adel, Dallas County real estate records show. Hubbell bought the undeveloped land from Cramer and Associates Inc.

The Edencrest development would be Hubbell’s eighth senior living community in Central Iowa. The Adel development will include 60 assisted living and memory care units, according to a spokesperson.
