As Hubbell Realty Co. continues to grow and develop properties in the Des Moines metro, it is also growing its presence in the Omaha market, where it is developing industrial and multifamily projects as it expands its footprint outside of Iowa.
The Business Record recently spoke with Kyle Gamble about his new role as Hubbell’s president and CEO, and he discussed the company’s efforts to expand its regional footprint.
“We’re taking the program we have here in home development and land development and commercial development, and doing some of that in Omaha,” Gamble said.
He emphasized that even with Hubbell expanding its footprint to other states, “this will always be our home base, our headquarters and primary focus.”
Hubbell recently celebrated projects near downtown, including the first phase of construction of Telus Condos, the newly finished LINC apartments, and the completion of the Gray’s Station Clubhouse.
